You don’t need to be a tramper.
This is not a bootcamp. Come to walk, come to wander, or come just to breathe. Our guides will lead optional hikes each day — or you’re welcome to stay curled up in the hut with a cup of tea and good company.

Day 1: Release
Day 1 is all about arrival and letting go. Participants will travel together into the remote Cobb Valley where they’ll settle into the rustic Cobb Houses and begin the tech-free experience. Devices are handed over, and a gentle orientation walk helps everyone land in the space. With no pressure to dive into activity, the focus is on slowing down, meeting others, and beginning the mental shift away from constant input. The evening includes a nourishing shared meal, a fire circle, and an invitation to reflect on who we are without our usual digital crutches.
Day 2: Rest
Day 2 invites deep exhalation. With no agenda and no demands, this is a day to slow everything down — the pace of walking, the pace of conversation, the pace of thought. Whether curled up with a book, journaling in a sunny patch, or joining a gentle hike, participants are encouraged to tune in to what rest means for them. It’s a chance to soften, listen inward, and let the nervous system unwind.
Day 3: Rewild
Day 3 is a return to the wild within and without. Immersion in the landscape awakens the senses — walking through mossy forest, plunging into cold alpine waters, gathering natural materials for art. This day is about sensing more than thinking, letting the elements guide attention back to the present moment, and rediscovering forgotten parts of ourselves through nature’s mirror.
Day 4: Relate
Day 4 deepens the social layer of the retreat. With trust built and digital distractions long gone, this is a day to explore what it means to relate authentically. Through shared walks, conversation games, and relaxed group time, participants reflect on how they connect with others — and how nourishing true presence in community can be. Laughter, play, and vulnerability are all welcome here.
Day 5: Re-enter
Day 5 is about closing gently and intentionally. After days of presence and reflection, this final morning offers space to integrate insights and set intentions for life beyond the valley. Participants are invited to notice what’s shifted — and what they want to carry home. As devices are returned and the outside world begins to reappear, the invitation is not to snap back, but to step forward differently.
